Moving to a new home? We provide a full home removal service tailored to your schedule, location, and needs. Our team handles everything with care—from packing and lifting to transport and unpacking. Ideal for families, couples, or individuals relocating within or outside London.
Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking & Deposit Policy • A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date and time. • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. • The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service (unless agreed otherwise in writing). • Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, card, or cash. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking date will not incur additional charges (but the deposit remains non-refundable). • Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled move may be charged up to 50% of the quoted fee. • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. 📦 Customer-Packed Items Policy • Customers who pack their own items must ensure that: • All fragile items are securely wrapped and clearly labelled. • Boxes are sealed properly and not overloaded. • Furniture is dismantled in advance, unless otherwise agreed. • Kasella Removals is not liable for any damage to self-packed items due to improper packing. 🅿️ Parking & Access Policy • The customer is responsible for arranging parking at both pickup and delivery locations. • Any Parking Permits, PCN fines, or parking charges incurred due to lack of parking arrangements will be added to the final bill. • Please ensure clear access to entrances and exits. Any delays caused by access issues may incur additional time charges. ⏱️ Waiting Time / Delays • Our quotes include a standard loading/unloading timeframe based on the inventory shared. • Waiting time caused by customer delays (e.g. not packed, no access) may be charged at an hourly rate. 🧾 Insurance & Liability • We hold Goods in Transit and Public Liability Insurance. • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of the move. • We are not responsible for damage due to: • Items not packed by us. • Pre-existing damage. • Items transported against advice. 🛠️ Extra Services & Charges • Packing, dismantling/reassembly, and materials (boxes, bubble wrap, etc.) are available on request at an additional cost. • Please inform us in advance of unusual items (e.g. pianos, safes, aquariums, etc.). 🔄 Last-Minute Changes • Any changes to addresses, inventory size, or service scope should be made at least 24 hours prior to the booking. • Last-minute changes may result in additional charges or a rescheduled move, depending on availability.
